But here is the kicker. You are still doing exercises the wrong way. Even I used to preach cardio + strength training methods to lose weight. And they Do work. But When I found much better methods I was astounded by the results I was getting with my clients. This method is very common in Martial arts circle.

It is like jacked up, High Power HIIT(high intensity Interval training). This method is very simple Yet difficult to do. Let me give you overview of this method. You'll only workout 20 seconds and then 10 seconds rest. and Repeat this for eight times. You'll be done within 5 minutes.

If you think this is easy, Please try it. I suggest you try it with Skipping. You'll be amazed how this 4 minute routine can do for you. After just 6 weeks of testing, a 28% increase in anaerobic capacity along with a 14% increase in V02Max is found in trainees.

If you are still not excited about this method which can be done in 4 minutes. Then I guess No one can help you lose weight. This method is not only saving you time, but also will increase your overall fitness and Lose weight.

Anyways lets go over to Next Tip.

<b>2. Cleanse:</b> If your goal is to look young, feel vibrant and energetic, then this is the way to go. This is not exactly a secret for common man. If you are not following a cleanse method with Exercise and good nutrition, You are setting up yourself for bad results. Seriously whenever I have introduced Cleanse methods in my clients routine, Their results almost doubled with the same amount of efforts.

But the kind of cleanse methods which are popular, they expect you to follow certain plans for 28 or more days. These methods doesn't gell with our exercise routines and Proper Diet. If you are active with my exercises methods, then You might feel lethargic and tired while following cleansing diets.

So I always advice to do cleanse on daily basis for the rest of your life. Can You guess how much time it takes? About 5 minutes… That's it. Its not only easy to follow, but also result oriented. You'll notice the difference by just following my cleanse method.

We've all heard it: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But just how important is it when we're trying to be healthy and/or lose weight?

For whatever reason, skipping breakfast is a habit that a lot of us have. Whether it's because we're in a rush to get the day started, get to work or even thinking we will lose weight, skipping breakfast is not a good idea. It is harmful to our health and can actually cause weight gain. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that women who skipped breakfast for two weeks had higher "bad" LDL cholesterol levels than women who ate breakfast every day. Also, this study showed that women who ate breakfast ate fewer calories throughout the day and burnt off 100 calories more than women who did not eat breakfast. Another reason not to skip breakfast: not eating breakfast causes a drop in blood sugar, which can lead to feeling fatigued and lethargic throughout the day.

So if you want to be healthy and/or lose weight, make sure to start your day off right and eat breakfast. Here are some quick and healthy breakfast ideas:

Acid reflux is often a common thing in children and infants. The spitting up and throwing up of food particles is a common thing that every mother must be accustomed to. Acid reflux is a condition wherein the lower esophageal sphincter fails to function properly. Under the normal circumstances , the lower esophageal sphincter , which acts like a valve between the esophagus and the stomach , closes tightly after allowing the food into the stomach. Thus , under no circumstances can the food re-enter the esophagus. Acid reflux is caused when the lower esophageal sphincter is not able to prevent the backflow of the acidic stomach content into the esophagus. The acidic content causes irritation in the esophagus and this is termed as acid reflux.

One of the main reasons for acid reflux in infants and children is that the digestion system is not developed and hence it leads to occurrence of acid reflux. Hence it is recommended not to overfeed infants. Normally, doctor's advice should be sought before deciding upon the feeding quantity. For infants and children suffering from acid reflux, it is recommended that the feeding quantity should be reduced corresponding with an increase in the frequency of the feeding. One can also try to change the schedule of feeding the infant. Again the doctor should be consulted before changing the schedule. Both these suggestions can be useful to control acidity.

Pressure on the abdomen also increases the incidence of acid reflux. Hence parents are advised to hold the baby in an upright position especially after feeding them. This allows the stomach to digest the food easily. Ideally, the infant should be held in an upright position for about 30 minutes. It is often observed that infants and children tend to sleep on their stomach. This puts strain on the stomach and increases the chances of acid reflux. Hence infants and children suffering from acid reflux should be laid on their backs while sleeping.

Burping plays an important role in the control of acid reflux. Hence doctors recommend burping the baby after feeding it. Burping should be done 2-3 times while feeding the infant. Elevating the head of the crib is another way to cure acid reflux in infants. Elevating the head prevents the acid from reaching the esophagus.

Medication is another option to cure acid reflux in infants and children . One can try using H2-blockers like cimetidine (Tagamet), ranitidine (Zantac), famotidine (Pepcid), and nizatidine (Axid). These drugs prevent the backflow of acid into the esophagus. One can also try using the proton-pump inhibitors, such as esomeprazole (Nexium), omeprazole (Prilosec), lansoprazole (Prevacid), rabeprazole (Aciphex), and pantoprazole (Protonix). They decrease the level of acids produced in the stomach.

Hence acid reflux in infants and children can be cured by making elementary changes in their dietary patterns and sleeping positions.

In fact, research actually shows that keeping a food journal will help you to loose weight!

If emotional eating is a big sticking point for you, then journaling your moods, such as stress, boredom or anger can help you pinpoint problem areas, which in some cases may serve as triggers to overeating. Once you understand the problem, you can find a solution that does not involve opening the boxes of cookies or the jar of jellybeans.

4. Get moving: If you dont have time to get to the gym or to your aerobics class, be sure to engage in some physical activity at some point during the day. Believe it or not, even light physical activity can help you shed excess pounds and get into shape.

Burning an extra 500 calories each day will help you to loose one pound per week. So, be sure to take advantage of the longer days with outside walks and outdoor activities. In addition to burning excess calories, getting out of the house to get your body moving will keep you away from the refrigerator.

5. Drink lots of water: Water will help to curb your appetite; it will also keep you hydrated during the hot months ahead, And here is an added bonus: Cold water helps you to burn calories! That's right - the process of bringing cold water to your body's own temperature involves expending energy, or calories. 5. Eat fish and chicken: fish and chicken is low on fat and can make an excellent weight loss diet. Avoid fat fishes. A good cheap weight loss fish is Tilapia. .

6. Start drinking water: Soda and juice contains a lot of calories. Drink water and safe a lot calories. .
